General Inspection
Upon arrival at our warehouse, your goods undergo a free general inspection based on Level II, AQL2.5 standards, similar to other inspection services.
For defective products from our selected suppliers, we resolve quality issues at no extra cost.
With your own suppliers, we assist in negotiations until resolution, though logistics and travel costs are your responsibility.
